Movie Review Haiku: Creep

Rating: 3.5 stars out of 5

When a videographer answers a Craigslist ad for a one-day job in a remote mountain town, he finds his client is not at all what he initially seems. Source: Creep (2014) – IMDb

Creepy and twisted

Full of dark suspenseful dread

Keeps you wondering

For a movie with only two actors, minimal sets, and all of it seeming like it was shot on digital home video this one really packs a solid punch. You kind of know from the start that something isn’t right, but you really don’t know what it is until somewhere near the end.

This one is running on Instant Watch on Netflix right now, so if you have that service you should check it out. Worth every bit of the hour and seventeen minute run time.

So, have you seen Creep? What did you think about it?

  1. I give it between 3 and 4 stars because that guy really creeped me out. Wicked and satisfying ending too. I’m wracking my brain trying to remember that silly name for his mask? Started with a P?
